By entering any StarQuest contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these official rules, along with all decisions made by StarQuest and its authorized representatives. These decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the contest. Participation constitutes full acceptance of these terms. 

1. Eligibility

• Open to individuals 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Entry Submission

• Each participant may submit one entry per contest, unless otherwise stated.
• All entries must be original, creative, and appropriate for public display.
• Content that includes hate speech, nudity, illegal activity, or infringes on the rights of others will result in immediate disqualification.
• Submissions must follow the technical and format guidelines stated in the contest announcement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• By submitting an entry, participants grant StarQuest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display their content for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Participants retain ownership of their original work but agree not to withdraw permission once submitted.

4. Judging and Winner Selection

• Entries will be evaluated by the general public through the StarQuest voting system.
• Judging criteria may include talent performance, originality, charisma, and stage presence.
• StarQuest reserves the right to disqualify votes suspected to be fraudulent or manipulated.
• Winners will be officially announced after the contest concludes and results are verified.

5. Prizes

• Prize details, including type, value, and distribution method, will be stated in the contest announcement.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substitutes unless determined by StarQuest.
• Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges associated with their prize.

6. Publicity and Release

• By participating, entrants consent to StarQuest using their name, likeness, voice, and entry performance for promotional or advertising purposes, without additional compensation.
• Winners may be asked to participate in interviews, live features, or marketing campaigns related to the contest.

7. Conduct and Fair Play

• Participants must conduct themselves respectfully and professionally during all contest-related activities.  
• Any harassment, cheating, or attempts to manipulate voting or outcomes will result in disqualification and potential banning from future contests.

8. Technical Issues

• StarQuest is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost connections, failed uploads, or platform downtime.
• If a contest is disrupted due to technical issues, StarQuest reserves the right to reschedule, extend, or cancel the event.

9. General Conditions

• StarQuest reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if unforeseen circumstances arise.
• All participants must comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and community guidelines.
• Failure to adhere to these rules may result in disqualification.

10. Privacy

• All personal information collected during registration and participation will be handled in accordance with the StarQuest Privacy Policy.
• By entering, participants consent to the collection and processing of their data for contest-related purposes.

11. Disputes

• Any disputes arising from or relating to the contest will be resolved under the laws of the jurisdiction where StarQuest is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Decisions by StarQuest regarding eligibility, judging, or prize allocation are final and non-contestable.
